“Let us live by the law, not by concepts,” said the Acting Head of Dagestan, commenting on the recent incident in the suburban village of Tarki at a meeting of the anti-drug committee.
Melikov outlined the need for strict adherence to the law. The decision to evict the Head of the Republic from the Vrio village was called a voluntary deed by the family itself. “The demand of the community and the community’s assets should not contradict the law in any way,” Melikov stressed.
As a reminder, two people died as a result of the riots in Tarki. One of whom was an activist who vehemently opposed the spread of drugs in the village, the second became an accidental victim during the riots on the occasion of the murder of a villager.
