In 2020, 437 students were enrolled in budgetary places of medical colleges of the Vladimir region, another 487 applicants were enrolled in non-budgetary places. So, preliminary, medical colleges of the region 33 recruited 924 students.
Most of the students – 452 people – are enrolled in the Vladimir Basic Medical College. Of these, one hundred people entered the specialty “nursing” for part-time education.
The Murom Medical College enrolled 172 people, and the Kovrov and Aleksandrovsk Medical Colleges – 150 each.
According to the director of the Vladimir Basic Medical College, Inna Morozova, this year the competition for the educational institution was quite high: almost 800 applicants in five specialties were submitted for 162 budget places. At the same time, as noted, in 2020 in comparison with 2019, the number of budget places in the college was increased.
