According to the President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko, Kiev will not receive the detained “Wagnerites” until the law enforcement agencies of Ukraine prove their guilt in specific crimes.
The extradition of Russians will take place when a “clear picture” is formed, Lukashenko said in an interview with journalist Dmitry Gordon.
The Belarusian leader explained that in this matter Minsk is acting within the framework of an international agreement with Russia and Ukraine.
“The prosecutors of Ukraine, Belarus and Russia are working on this issue, it is necessary to create a clear picture, I told Zelensky about this. Nobody extradits anyone until the guilt is established. This is the task of the country that sent the extradition request. It is necessary to prove that this one killed that they were shooting, and so on, “Lukashenka said.
