Lighting was organized in the Velikie Luki village at the request of the prosecutor’s office. This was reported to “MK in Pskov” in the press service of the prosecutor’s office of the Pskov region.
In the course of supervisory measures, it was established that the municipal property of the Pereslegin volost is a public highway, 450 meters long, passing through the village of Nagorny. The road section is not illuminated in any way.
Thus, the administration of the rural settlement violates the requirements of the current legislation on road safety. In this regard, the district prosecutor sent a submission to the head of the rural settlement “Peresleginskaya volost” with a demand to eliminate the revealed violations of the law.
The prosecutor’s demands were satisfied, violations of the law were eliminated, street lighting in the village was organized.
