Curious information was found on the site bus.gov.ru – a resource designed to assess the quality of services in various industries and institutions as objectively as possible, that is, by the forces of the consumers themselves. So – on this site the Kostroma Zoo turned out to be the second in the quality of service for visitors in the whole country.
The citizens who visited it put their marks on several parameters – the openness and reliability of the information provided, the level of comfort for visitors, the friendliness of the employees, etc.
As a result, according to the results of a study of 17 zoos in Russia, ours, Kostroma, received 98 points out of 100 possible, slightly inferior only to the zoo of the city of Stary Oskol, Belgorod region.
The result is outstanding – but, according to the press service of the regional administration, the workers of the Kostroma zoo are not going to rest on their laurels – in the near future new enclosures for animals will be equipped in the menagerie and the recreation areas will be expanded. In addition, all the wishes of visitors will be taken into account in the development program of the Kostroma Zoo for the next 4 years.
