The player of the Moscow football “Spartak” Alexander Kokorin flew to the Maldives. His agent Timofey Berdyshev agreed with the club about this.

Initially, the striker received instructions from the club to train according to an individual program until December 31, inclusive.

However, the footballer’s side, as reported by Sport24, offered the Muscovites a compromise, according to which the restoration measures will be transferred from Moscow to the Maldives. Kokorin is even ready to pay for the accommodation and services of a rehabilitation therapist, as well as a physiotherapist.

As it turned out, “Spartak” listened to this request. All due to the ruling of three independent experts in the field of sports medicine. They recommended the player a few weeks of rest.

As a result, Berdyshev allegedly managed to negotiate with the executive director of the red and white Yevgeny Melezhikov, as well as the sports director Dmitry Popov. Kokorin already flew to the Maldives on December 17. But his first training session is only scheduled for December 27th.

Kokorin did not participate in the last match of the team with “Zenith”. The Red-Whites lost 1: 3 in St. Petersburg.
