The Ukrainian Foreign Ministry named the statements of the President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko on the transportation of weapons to the country from the territory of Ukraine, said the press secretary of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry Oleg Nikolenko on Twitter.

The diplomat noted that Ukraine is not an enemy for Belarus, but, on the contrary, condemns terrorism in any of its manifestations.

“Ukraine categorically rejects the next insinuations of Alexander Lukashenko. The rhetoric about external interference, in particular, the mantra about “weapons from Ukraine” clearly fits into Lukashenka’s policy of intimidating the Belarusian people, “Nikolenko wrote in the message.

Earlier, the Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko announced the arrest of a terrorist group led by Mikalai Autukhovich, which was preparing terrorist attacks throughout Belarus. According to Lukashenka, the channels of the group were disclosed, which allegedly “carried tons of weapons through Ukraine.”
