“In total, as a result of supervisory measures in 2020, more than 900 violations in this area were revealed. At the request of prosecutors, more than 330 persons were brought to various forms of responsibility,” the press service said.
Thus, prosecutors identified cases of embezzlement of budgetary funds in the amount of more than 1 million rubles during the execution of a contract for the supply of sports equipment as part of the implementation of the regional project “Sport is the norm of life”, during the improvement of playgrounds and public areas, in the amount of more than 500 thousand rubles during the implementation of the national project Housing and Urban Environment “. More than 300 thousand rubles were stolen within the framework of the national project “Demography”, which were aimed at educating citizens of pre-retirement age.
The measures of the prosecutor’s response and interaction with the authorities during the implementation of the national project “Healthcare” contributed to the conclusion of a contract for the performance of aviation work for the provision of medical care for a total amount of 31 million rubles.
After the intervention of the prosecutor’s office, it was possible to complete the overhaul of the gym in the general education institution of the Meshchovsky district worth 1.3 million rubles. Completed road repairs in Obninsk for a total amount of more than 60 million rubles within the framework of the national project “Safe and High-Quality Roads”.
