Sakhalin Mortgage Agency JSC accepts additional applications for the purchase of housing in a new building at the address: Prospekt Mira, 190a. Under the Far Eastern Mortgage program, 27 apartments have already been sold, and now another 28 one-room apartments ranging from 45 to 59 square meters, one two-room apartment with an area of 65 square meters and one three-room apartment with an area of 98 square meters have been announced for sale.
Apartments are fully equipped for living – there is linoleum, wallpaper, interior doors, sinks and electric stoves, plumbing and water heaters. The price for one square meter of housing is 110 thousand rubles.
Also in 2012, under the Far Eastern Mortgage program, apartments in a new building in Nevelsk will be available. Early next year, booking of accommodation will begin in Tymovskoye, Smirnykh, Poronaysk and the village of Kitovoye, Kuril region.
