A resident of the capital of the Russian Primorye was very surprised when he did not find his car parked near his house. The man filed a report with the police, and the car was quickly found. And where? At the scrap metal collection point, already disassembled.
After a while, the kidnapper was also found. It turned out to be a tow truck driver. He said that he thought that the car was nobody’s – it had been standing near the house for a long time. And since there is no owner, why not use it? So I handed over the car for scrap. An enterprising evacuator was detained, law enforcement officers have suspicions that this is not his only “feat”. In general, the attacker shines up to five years behind bars, reports the portal “Vesti”.
