In Tula, police revealed theft in a communal apartment
A 36-year-old resident of a communal apartment located on the 3rd floor of building 108-b on Kutuzov Street applied to the duty station of the Krivoluchensky police department with a statement. The man said that at night money in the amount of 17,500 rubles and a mobile phone disappeared from his room. The total damage was about 30 thousand rubles.
An investigative and operational group of the police immediately left for the scene. The law enforcement officers established that while the applicant was sleeping, a resident of the next room climbed over the railing of the balcony he shared with him, entered the room and committed theft.
Currently, the 38-year-old nowhere working kidnapper was arrested and taken to the duty station of the police department for further investigation. A confession was obtained from the man. The police on this fact have initiated and are investigating a criminal case under Part 3 of Article 158 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Theft”. The detainee was chosen as a preventive measure – detention.
