A 50-year-old man has accumulated alimony arrears for the maintenance of a minor son. Enforcement proceedings against the father – at the bailiffs of the Bogoroditsky and Volovsky regions. This is reported by the UFSSP of Russia in the Tula region.
The man ignored payments, did not find a job, and did not apply to the Employment Center. He was not interested in how his son was living.
The debtor was brought to administrative responsibility for non-payment of funds for the maintenance of children or disabled parents. The court sentenced the man to compulsory labor.
However, after the punishment, the father did not pay the alimony debt, did not find a job. A criminal case has been opened against the man. The court found him guilty and sentenced him to 7 months of correctional labor.
