Four firefighters and a ladder took part in the exercises in one of the secondary schools in the city of Efemov, Tula region.
According to the plan of the training, as a result of a short circuit, a fire broke out in the school library. The first arriving fire department made reconnaissance of those premises in which the schoolchildren could be. Then the firefighters laid a hose line to the “fire center” and proceeded to extinguish. The link of the gas and smoke protection service with the use of a rescue device led 1 person along a flight of stairs.
During the training, the actions of the commanding officers and personnel of the units of the Efremov fire and rescue garrison in organizing and carrying out work to extinguish the fire were practiced, as well as the actions of the personnel of the educational institution, who were entrusted with the tasks of alerting and evacuating people.
