In the Starodubsky district of the Bryansk region last night there was a “drunken” road accident in which a 23-year-old driver was seriously injured.
According to the press service of the regional Ministry of Internal Affairs, at around 20:35 the victim was driving along the Pohar – Starodub highway in the direction of Starodub from the village of Merenovka. On the first kilometer of the road, he lost control, flew to the side of the road and crashed into a tree.
At the hospital, doctors diagnosed him with a multiple fracture of the hip, a bruised head wound and a contusion of the brain.
A medical examination showed that the victim was drunk while driving.
It is noteworthy that earlier he had already been caught on a drunken drive, was deprived of the right to drive a car for this, and the ban has not yet expired. Now he faces criminal liability for driving drunk again and without a driver’s license.
