Over the 14 years of the “dacha amnesty”, which started in 2006, the Rosreestr Administration for Tatarstan has registered about 800 thousand rights in a simplified manner. This was reported by the expert of the department Galina Goncharova.
The specialist recalled that the program ends in March next year. To register the rights to real estate in a simplified manner, it is necessary to draw up a technical plan of the building with a cadastral engineer and contact the MFC. The state duty for the provision of the service is 350 rubles.
Upon completion of the dacha amnesty, in order to register the right to the constructed housing, the owner will have to inform the local executive committee about the beginning and completion of construction, noted in the republican Rosreestr.
However, the dacha amnesty may be extended for another five years. The corresponding bill was submitted to the State Duma of the Russian Federation.
