A resident of Primorye, during a conflict with a group of teenagers, fired at them from a pneumatic gun, one of them was seriously wounded. This was reported on Tuesday, April 27, on the website of the regional department of the Investigative Committee (IC) of Russia.
The incident took place on 25 April not far from a house on Yubileinaya Street in the urban-type settlement Novoshakhtinsky.
According to the investigation, a conflict arose between the 60-year-old suspect and the teenagers, due to the fact that they threw stones at the fence of his local area.
The man took an air gun and fired at the children, as a result of which a 13-year-old teenager received a severe wound to the chest and abdomen, the department said.
The investigators opened a criminal case on the grounds of a crime under paragraph “b, h” part 2 of Art. 111 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (causing grievous bodily harm). The suspect was detained, the issue of choosing a preventive measure against him is being decided.
On April 5, it was reported that a man in the course of the conflict shot a security guard in one of the shopping centers in Moscow with a pneumatic pistol. As a result, the 28-year-old victim received three wounds in the leg. After the incident, the attacker fled.
