In the Kirov region, another child fell out of the window. The incident took place in the village of Peskovka, Omutninsky district, Kirov region.
As told in the press service of the regional Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the police on the evening of August 11 received a message that a three-year-old child had been delivered to the central regional hospital.
Militiamen conducted a check and found out that the girl’s parents left the house for a short time and left the younger children under the supervision of the older one. A three-year-old girl was in a room with an open window. She climbed onto the windowsill, leaned on the mosquito net and fell out of the window from the height of the second floor.
Doctors help the child. The Kirov residents are urged not to leave small children unattended, especially where there are open or easy-to-open windows. No need to show children how to open a window. There must be special restraints on the windows. Do not place furniture or other objects near windows that a child can climb onto a windowsill.
