In Minsk, local residents report problems with the work of Telegram, VPN and other services. Problems are described on a special forum. Users write that difficulties with connection arose not only in the capital, but also in other cities.
“Files in Telegram are loaded very slowly without a proxy service”, “YouTube is loading very slowly”, “Google services are falling off”, “Viktor Babariko’s website does not open,” the forum participants write.
August 9 is the day of the main voting for the election of the President of the Republic of Belarus. The media report that the voting is taking place in a calm atmosphere.
