According to the police, he contributes to the commission of offenses and crimes.
On Thursday, April 30, the head of the PDN of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, Natalya Grigorieva, said: the police insist that the administration and the owner of the Lenin House building on Markovskogo close it for free visits. Thus, according to Grigorieva, it will be possible to eliminate “the reasons and conditions conducive to the commission of offenses and crimes.”
Recall that on April 28, a 7-year-old boy who disappeared was found in this house. There he was lured by a man under the pretext of posting advertisements and held there by force.
According to NGS24, the house belongs to the State Property Management Agency of the Krasnoyarsk Territory. In 2019, the house was rented by KROO “Culture of Siberia”, the chairman of which is Andrey Khudonogov, who ran for the post of the head of Krasnoyarsk in 2017. But, as he explained to the publication, now he has nothing to do with this house.
They started talking about the poor condition of the house on Markovskogo 27 back in 2017. Then a resident of Krasnoyarsk Viktor Samusenko got inside the house and was amazed at what he saw. Piles of rubbish were thrown inside the house, there was a disgusting smell, and judging by the mattresses and clothes piled on the floor, the house-monument was chosen by homeless people. In 2017, they tried to sell the house for 4 million rubles.
In the same year, Artyom from Krasnoyarsk decided to preserve the monument. He told the publication that he wrote letters to the authorities demanding to close the house, tried to draw the attention of city officials to the problem, but it was all to no avail.
As previously reported, wooden houses are recognized as the historical heritage of the city. By the 400th anniversary of Krasnoyarsk, the quarter is planned to be reconstructed and placed there the Voino-Yasenetsky Museum, an art gallery, catering points, hostels and workshops.
