The head of Karelia Artur Parfenchikov has weakened the restrictive measures introduced in the republic due to the coronavirus pandemic. In particular, the changes affected the holding of sporting events. Parfenchikov recently announced this on his page in the social network.
So, according to the order signed by the head of the region, the number of people involved in sports training programs was increased to 30 people (initially it was up to 10). Moreover, the number of participants who can simultaneously fulfill the standards of the All-Russian Physical Culture and Sports Complex of the TRP has increased. However, these exemptions do not cancel the mandatory observance of social distance, as well as the use of personal protective equipment.
