In Kalmykia, over 21 million rubles of performance fees were collected from debtors.

Over 21 million rubles of executive fees for seven months of this year have been collected and transferred to the federal budget by the divisions of the Office of the Federal Bailiffs Service in the Republic of Kazakhstan, the press service of the department reports. The amount compared to the same period in 2019 increased by 3 million rubles.

The funds were recovered from the debtors who did not fulfill the requirements of the court orders within the established time frame. According to the current legislation, the amount of the performance fee is seven percent of the collection amount, but not less than one thousand rubles from a citizen and 10 thousand from an organization. The press service of the UFSSP for the Republic of Kazakhstan also reminds that “in case of non-execution of an executive document of a non-property nature, the performance fee from a debtor, a citizen or a debtor – an individual entrepreneur, is set at 5 thousand rubles, from a debtor – an organization of 50 thousand rubles.”
