A local resident filed an application with the court, who explained that one of his acquaintances took out a loan from Finmall and indicated him as a third party, while leaving the applicant’s phone number to the creditors.
The man’s problems began after the borrower could not return the money on time and she had a debt – he began to receive calls and SMS messages with demands to pay off the loan, while the company’s employees pressed psychologically, not disdaining openly boorish communication.
As a result, the court found Finmall LLC guilty of committing an administrative offense and imposed a fine of 40,000 rubles, control over the execution of the decision was entrusted to the bailiff service.
