Heavy trucks accumulate on the road due to covid restrictions and interfere with the work of the university.

In November 2020, Kazakhstan introduced new border crossing rules. Now truck drivers must take the PRC test for coronavirus and wait until its results are known. Many people choose Astrakhan for this.

However, this position of truckers does not suit the students of the local university. An appeal from the council of university students to the governor of the Astrakhan region appeared on social networks. They point to the proximity of the cultural center of the city to a truck stop and demand that the trucks be removed. In addition, young people point to aggressive driver behavior.

The initiative is also supported by the university leadership. The problem really worries many people, but there is no solution yet.
