During the meeting of the contact group on Donbass, the Ukrainian delegation refused to consider the draft “road map” for the settlement, Kiev is sabotaging the negotiations, said Boris Gryzlov, Russia’s plenipotentiary at the talks in Minsk.
He noted that the roadmap was going to be agreed upon by October 28, when the next meeting was to take place. But the Ukrainian delegation immediately refused to consider the proposal, stating the need to modernize the Minsk agreements.
Recall that Gryzlov back in June accused Ukraine of withdrawing from the Minsk negotiation process after Kiev refused to discuss the political component of the set of settlement measures with representatives of the DPR and LPR.
