Governor of the Tula Region met with entrepreneurs

Today, on August 18, the Governor of the Tula Region Alexey Dyumin met with representatives of small and medium-sized businesses, tularegion.ru reports.

The head of the region visited the enterprise for the production of hearing aids “Aurika”, got acquainted with the work of the enterprise, visited the production workshops and the laboratory, talked with the winners of the regional stages of the All-Russian competition “Young Entrepreneur of Russia 2020” and the competition “Exporter of the Year 2019”.





Alexey Dyumin noted that the production of export-oriented products is one of the important areas within the framework of the national development goals until 2030, outlined by the President of the Russian Federation. This is also the challenge facing business. And in its solution, the government of the Tula region provides support to companies within the framework of the national project “Small and Medium Business and Support for Individual Entrepreneurial Initiatives.” To this end, an Export Support Center has been created in the region, and a wide range of tools to help business operate.





Maxim Murzinov, General Director of Aurika LLC, said that the company was founded in 2007. Since 2009, it has launched the production of medical hearing aids. Today it produces its own line of digital hearing aids Every, Nanotrim, Pixel. The products have a certificate that makes it possible to sell them in the countries of the European Union. The enterprise ranks 1st in the export of hearing aids among Russian manufacturers with a market share of more than 90% and supplies products to more than 40 countries around the world. For professional musicians, the company has released special in-ear monitor headphones. In 2019, the company’s specialists presented the first domestic bone conduction apparatus, which was presented at the EUHA hearing aids exhibition in Germany.

Alexey Dyumin noted that even in the new economic conditions, it is important that the company is mastering the production of products not only for civilian purposes, but also plans to produce specialized equipment for the special services and the military as part of import substitution.

The conversation about business support and the development of export potential continued at the meeting of Alexey Dyumin with the winners of the regional stages of the All-Russian competition “Young Entrepreneur of Russia 2020” and the competition “Exporter of the Year 2019”.

The head of the region stressed that the Tula region today is one of the leaders in terms of the number and quality of support measures.

“Support for small and medium-sized businesses has been and remains for us one of the key areas of work. The pandemic has disrupted the measured work of our entrepreneurs. To help them, we have adopted 4 packages of measures. This is an unprecedented step. More than 3 billion rubles were allocated from the regional and municipal budgets to support business alone, ”noted Alexey Dyumin.

Maxim Murzinov, General Director of Aurika LLC, spoke about the most effective support tools for exporters during the pandemic, and asked for assistance in accessing government tenders in Moscow and the Moscow Region. This will create additional jobs, increase production and provide additional tax payments to the budget of the Tula region. Alexey Dyumin instructed to work out this issue.

Last year, the best exporter of the Tula region among industrial enterprises was LLC “Present Packing”. The company sells products in 15 countries around the world. General Director of the enterprise Valentin Maslennikov said that our region is favorable both for doing business and for people’s lives.

Among the enterprises of the agro-industrial complex, agriculture and animal husbandry, Cheroka CJSC became the best exporter of 2019 in the region. Its products are in demand not only in the external, but also in the domestic market. Not so long ago, the company became a resident of the Aleksin PSEDA with a new investment project. The head of the enterprise, Vladimir Chernobelsky, told the Governor that confectionery products are popular in Russia, Germany, Belarus, Bulgaria, Ukraine, Kazakhstan and other countries. The share of export sales is over 21%. The company plans to increase exports.

The winners of the regional stage of the Young Entrepreneur competition told the Governor about the implementation of their projects and about the help that entrepreneurs expect from the state.

Thus, Artem Arzunyan from Tula is engaged in additional education of children in foreign languages. He launched his project in his native region and became one of the first in the Tula region to register a business as a social enterprise in 2020. The entrepreneur plans to organize a franchise and open branches in at least five regions. To do this, his young company needs to advertise its services and promote it as a social enterprise.

Entrepreneur Dmitry Kislov organized the production of furniture using charred wood technology. The company expressed its readiness to take part in the implementation of projects for the design of modern urban spaces.

Alexandra Uvarova is a member of the Severin garden centers franchise network. The start-up capital for her was provided by a microcredit company of the Tula Regional Fund for Small Business Support. Now Alexandra is actively working on import substitution. The company needs support in selling goods through retail chains, marketing promotion, concessional financing to increase production volumes, expand the center’s area and purchase the necessary raw materials.

“Today we are jointly creating an environment for the development and support of young entrepreneurs. It is important to replicate the experience of today’s winners. To involve them in schools and universities so that they share success stories and inspire young people, ”said Alexey Dyumin.

At the same time, as the head of the region stressed, the efforts of business should be supported by a wide range of support measures from the state. It is necessary, taking into account successful examples, to form ready-made cases for beginners. They should include a business plan, proposals for funding sources, business location options and measures to promote to market. Alexey Dyumin instructed Vyacheslav Romanov, Chairman of the Tula Region Committee on Entrepreneurship and Consumer Market, to work out this issue.

“You represent different areas and a different scale of business, but you are united by responsibility for yourself and your team, confidence and a clear goal. Moreover, you are solving social problems that are important for our region. You create new jobs, provide residents with quality products and services, and expand sales markets. We, in turn, will continue to do everything to make it comfortable for you to work in the Tula region, ”Alexey Dyumin told entrepreneurs.
