The Governor of the Tambov Region, Alexander Nikitin, handed over the keys to the new school buses to the heads of the regions of the region. Every year, the government allocates billions of dollars to update the vehicle fleet. In 2020, the Tambov region received 56.7 million rubles from the federal budget for the purchase of new school transport.
Now Tambov schoolchildren will be transported by new PA3 buses, equipped with everything necessary for the safe transportation of children.
Child safety is a priority for the governor. Alexander Nikitin emphasized that not only timely technical inspection of transport, but also the quality of roads leading to educational institutions contribute to a safe road to school.
For 16 years, the Tambov region has purchased more than 500 school buses.
