This weekend in Germany will be one of the sunniest of the year. It is expected that the air temperature throughout the country from morning to late evening will stably stay above 30 degrees, and in the west it will even reach an absolute maximum of 38 degrees. The only region where today it will be possible to escape from the heat is the alpine foot. As for the rains, there is a small risk of bad weather on the shores of the Baltic Sea in northeastern Germany. In other regions, you shouldn’t even think about a life-giving shower.
Up to 36-37 degrees are predicted in the Rhineland and the Rhine-Main district. The coldest temperature today – 26-27 degrees off the coast of the North and Baltic Seas – is a great opportunity to go on a refreshing weekend trip, because on Sunday the weather will not undergo major changes. A maximum of 38 degrees will again be reached in the west of the country, in the region of North Rhine-Westphalia. No rain expected.
Anyone hoping that next week will breathe deeply will be seriously disappointed. Hot air will continue to move inland. The only thing that people in Germany can expect are thunderstorms in the middle of the week, both in the east and in the west of the country. At the same time, the air temperature will continue to stay above 30 degrees.
