A pop concert featuring Brian Adams, Sarah Connor and The Boss Hoss is set to take place on September 4th for 13,000 in Düsseldorf. “This is the sign that fans, artists and the entire music industry have been waiting for.” says event organizer Marek Lieberberg. This will be the first major concert in Germany since mid-March.

The concert at the Düsseldorf football stadium is planned in active cooperation with the city government. All measures will be taken to protect visitors from infection. All fans will be required to wear masks and a safe distance will be maintained between the seats.

The 150-minute concert titled “Give Live A Chance” will be partially acoustic and without electronic guitars. In addition to rock star Brian Adams, German pop singer Sarah Connor and Berlin band The Boss Hoss, there will be singers Raymond Garvey and Joris as well as comedian Michael Mittelmeier.

“The agreement with the Düsseldorf board and the Merkur Spiel-Arena was the basis of the project from the very beginning. We want to set a positive example of how big events can be held during the crown period, ”says Lieberberg.
