The number of visits to doctors due to mental problems during the coronavirus pandemic, as statistics show, has increased dramatically. This was announced by the health insurance company Debeka, after analyzing the available data, reports “Welt am Sonntag”.

The number of invoices issued for services rendered in the field of psychotherapy has grown exponentially. In December, the growth compared to last year amounted to 12.4 percent, in November – by 26.7 percent. In October, the number of visits to psychotherapists increased by 12 percent.
