In Yakutia, fires continue to be extinguished in the forests of the Olekminsky, Gorny, Amglinsky, Namsky, Churapchinsky, Megino-Kangalassky and Aldan regions. The fire in the Tattinsky region was localized.

According to the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic on the morning of September 10, forest fires are being extinguished in eight regions. At the same time, 13 thermal points are registered in the service area, the total area covered by fire is 434 hectares, writes IA SakhaNews.

Over the past day in the service area, one fire was extinguished, operating 34 km from the village of Berdigestyah, Gorny region, two more were extinguished in the control area. 296 people and 49 pieces of equipment were involved in extinguishing.

As the IA SakhaNews was told in the republican Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, on September 10, smoke may be present in three settlements of the Mountainous Region.

On the morning of September 10, it was reported that all forest fires in the Irkutsk region had been extinguished. According to the Ministry of Forestry of the Irkutsk Region, about 3% of forest fires in the region are associated with arson. Human factors and dry thunderstorms are cited as the main causes of fires.
