At a meeting of the government of the Astrakhan region, issues of concern to all residents of the region were discussed
A meeting of the government of the Astrakhan region took place in Astrakhan. The discussion was opened by the Minister of Culture and Tourism Olga Prokofieva, who spoke about the plans, ideas and problems within the framework of the implementation of the national project “Culture”.
In 2020, it is planned to open five new houses of culture in different districts of the region. The institution in the village of Dzhanay is ready for operation and is already starting its work. By the end of the year, work will be completed in the house of culture in the village of Volzhsky, Yenotaevsky district and in the village of Karaulnoe, Kamyzyaksky district. In the first case, the construction of the house of culture was delayed for two years, and in the second, the contractor generally refused to carry out the necessary work, but nevertheless, the new contractor will complete the preparation of the building for work.
There will also be a new cultural object in Novourusovka. By the way, the governor drew attention to the fact that the money allocated for this object is being used unevenly and very slowly, which means that the work may be delayed.
The house of culture in the village of Bishtyubinka could not be built at all, since a plot was allocated for its construction, where the landfill was located. Even a huge number of examinations proving the possibility of construction in this place did not protect the foundation of the building from cracks. In this case, the governor generally doubted that such examinations were carried out. Now the house of culture will be ready only in 2021.
Another facility will be completed in early December in the village of Zubovka, Chernoyarsk region. In addition, the renovation of the Youth Theater and the Puppet Theater will be completed.
