Fighter Mineev was fined for fighting at the MMA tournament in Moscow

The Kuntsevo Court of Moscow imposed an administrative fine of 10 thousand rubles on the mixed martial arts fighter, European and world champion Vladimir Mineev for provoking a mass fight between fans at the Fight Nights Global Winter Cup tournament. This was announced on Saturday, December 26, at the court’s press service.

The scuffle took place on December 24. The conflict began with a skirmish between fighters Magomed Ismailov and Vladimir Mineev, who attended the tournament as spectators.

After the fight between Nurullo Aliyev and Alexander Grebnev, Mineev entered the cage, took the microphone away from the latter and challenged Ismailov to a fight.

Ismailov entered the octagon, where the sides exchanged words, after which a scuffle began among the fans. In order to stop the fight, riot police officers had to intervene.
