As Deputy Minister of Digital Development Oleg Kachanov said at a meeting in the Federation Council, 42 federal departments, at the suggestion of the Ministry of Digital Development, presented their proposals for the implementation of digital services using artificial intelligence technologies.
“As we listened to the departments, we noticed that they are proposing very similar projects that can be combined into three groups,” the official said. The first and largest group is the creation of chat bots, which should replace call centers or information services of ministries and departments. The second is predictive analytics based on databases of authorities, the third is the semantic analysis of documents. It is assumed that artificial intelligence will classify documents by content, automatically distribute them to departments and ensure movement.
