Healthcare professionals, pharmacists, IT professionals and service professions will be the most in demand in the labor market in 2024. This is stated in a joint study of the Rabota.ru service and SberIndex on the labor market.
Experts analyzed more than 18 million resumes and 200 thousand vacancies of applicants, TASS reports.
It is noted that representatives of mass specialties, including drivers, sellers, pickers, couriers, assemblers, and logistics specialists, will also be in demand next year.
According to the forecast, the remote work format will also be fixed in 2024.
“The number of vacancies marked“ remote work ”increased by 44% over the year compared to 2019. In 2024, this trend will continue for many years and transform, ”the study says.
The demand for freelancing will also continue to grow. In 2023, there are 23% more such applicants than in the past.
According to experts, this trend will only gain momentum in 2024.
“The unstable situation in many industries will induce Russians to take part-time jobs in other companies and, possibly, even in other areas,” the study notes.
Earlier, on December 16, the Rabota.ru portal published a rating of the highest paid vacancies in Moscow for December. These included an anesthesiologist-resuscitator, barber, and a PHP developer.
