At the very beginning of autumn, 90 families from Poronaysk will move into new apartments – two five-story buildings on Druzhba Street are almost ready for commissioning. New settlers are migrants from emergency housing stock. The construction of five-story buildings began a year ago, today it remains to cope with the interior decoration and improve the territory. Fifty workers are involved in the final stage of construction. The living area of ​​the apartments meets the needs of moving families – these are two-room and mainly three-room apartments. The energy-efficient building system makes it possible to intelligently correlate outdoor air temperature and heating intensity. The governor intends to legislate the right of future residents to communicate with the contractor, convey their wishes to him, and make comments.
