Alexey Dyumin: “All violations and abuses in the budgetary sphere must be strictly suppressed”
On August 6, Governor Alexei Dyumin held a working meeting with Vladimir Yudin, Chairman of the Accounts Chamber of the Tula Region.
Alexey Dyumin noted the positive dynamics in the work of the department – both in the number of control measures and in the amount of violations identified and, which is especially important, eliminated.
Vladimir Yudin reported to the Governor on the work of the Accounts Chamber during the period of restrictive measures, external financial control, and especially significant expert and analytical activities. In particular, they discussed the analysis of the balance of the budgets of municipalities, the assessment of measures to reduce the volume of construction in progress, the analysis of the implementation of regional projects aimed at achieving the results of national projects.
The Governor instructed Vladimir Yudin to pay special attention to monitoring and controlling the implementation of national projects and tasks set in the July presidential decree on national development goals until 2030. “All stages of the budgetary process in the region should be transparent and controlled. And violations and abuses must be strictly suppressed, “said Alexey Dyumin.
