US President Donald Trump announced late Saturday the death of his younger brother Robert.

“It is with a heavy heart that I announce that my wonderful brother, Robert, passed away peacefully this evening. He wasn’t just my brother, he was my best friend. He will be sadly missed, but we will see each other again. His memory will live on in my heart forever. Robert, I love you. Rest in peace, ”the president wrote in a short message posted on the White House website.

During his life, Robert Trump had worked in the family real estate empire where he held important positions. He was a strong supporter of his brother.
He was 72 years old, two years younger than the president.
