Nutritionists have warned that many of the foods we are used to can ruin not only the morning, but the whole day.

Russian researchers have compiled a list of products that in the morning can do harm, not good, reports 74.ru.

So, immediately after waking up, you should give up meat and yeast baked goods. The variant “sausage sandwich”, to which many are so accustomed, will greatly upset your body. Meat contains too much animal protein, which requires a lot of energy to digest. And flour products on an empty stomach are a direct road to obesity, experts say.

Healthy fruits and berries are also not worth eating before the main meal. This is especially true for acidic foods such as cranberries, oranges, pears, kiwi, etc. Acids will irritate the mucous membranes and may even provoke stomach ulcers.

Juice is also not a great start to the day, and neither is coffee. Such drinks will be especially difficult for people with gastrointestinal diseases and irritable bowel syndrome. Nutritionists do not recommend drinking too hot drinks – you can get a burn of the mucous membrane, which will lead to the development of cancer.

Even with plain water, doctors recommend being careful in the morning. Drinking cold water on an empty stomach is very dangerous, and you should not add lemon or honey to it. It is better to drink a glass of warm water – this will help start the body.
