The Prosecutor’s Office of the Verkhnekamsk region defended the interests of a tenant of one of the apartment buildings in Kirs
This long-running story lasted from March to July of this year: the owner of one of the apartments, located in the house number 27 on Lenin Street in Kirs, more than once or twice turned to Kirsinskaya Management Company with his misfortune. The problem was that the roof in the house was leaking, and during the rains, sewage regularly heated the apartment of the long-suffering resident of Kirsin, the regional prosecutor’s office informs. The applicant asked to patch the roof of the house, but the Criminal Code was in no hurry to eliminate the violations, for which they came to the attention of the Verkhnekamsk District Prosecutor’s Office.
The supervisory authority made a presentation to the head of the Kirsinskaya Criminal Code and initiated administrative proceedings. In turn, the court disqualified the director of the “management”, that is, in fact, deprived him of the right to hold executive positions and manage the legal entity. And, thanks to the intervention of the prosecutor’s office, the roof was repaired in the long-suffering house.
