Tatarstan deputies plan to apply to the State Duma regarding the reduction of the retirement age. The decision of the deputies was announced by Tatyana Larionova, Deputy Chairman of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan, head of the association of women deputies “Morkhumut – Mercy”.
She noted that the current economic situation due to the coronavirus pandemic has caused an increase in the number of unemployed Tatarstan citizens. Residents of the republic were left without work on the eve of retirement. “Our hotline has received many questions related to pension provision. This is a question that is primarily related to the retirement age. Lately passions have subsided somewhat in this regard. But now people are returning to the question of why not return to decreasing the retirement age, ”Larionova explained.
Servant of the people promised that the wishes of the residents of Tatarstan will be sent to the State Duma of the Russian Federation.
