The bailiffs suspended the work of a dangerous tower crane in Yoshkar-Ola.
During the investigation of the circumstances of the death of a worker at a construction site in the Mari capital, it was found that the operation of the KB-405-1A tower crane did not comply with industrial safety requirements.
The equipment was operated without a decision of the authorized representative of the federal executive body in the field of industrial safety; the crane recorder has been out of order since April, and construction and installation work was carried out in violation of the crane production project.
The court found the owner of the equipment LLC “Mehis-Center” guilty of violating industrial safety requirements and ruled to prohibit the operation of the equipment. The Interdistrict Department of Bailiffs for the Execution of Special Enforcement Proceedings received the corresponding enforcement proceedings.
According to the press service of the Federal Bailiffs’ Service in the RME, the bailiff suspended the crane for 14 days. During this time, the organization must eliminate all detected violations.
