WILMINGTON | The vast cyberattack attributed to Russia, which targeted government agencies in the United States and several senior officials, cannot remain “unanswered,” future US President Joe Biden said on Tuesday, denouncing Donald Trump’s inaction.

“We cannot leave this unanswered,” Biden said, calling for “important decisions” to be made against those responsible to “hold them to account.”
“This attack took place under the supervision of Donald Trump, while he was not looking,” he added.
