In Russia, some services of Alfa-Bank failed. Such data was reflected on Wednesday, October 1, on the page of the Downdetector service, which tracks the work of popular Internet resources.
So, at 11:22 Moscow time, 242 error messages were registered. They came from Moscow, St. Petersburg, Kazan, Yekaterinburg, Krasnodar and other Russian cities. Nearly half of online customers (48%) complained about login problems. Another 26% were unable to make a payment from their account, and 25% of users reported a failure of all bank services.
At the same time, according to the service, a failure also occurred in the operation of VTB’s online services in Russia. As noted by users, 95% of them faced the inability to log in. 2% of clients complain that they cannot make intrabank transfers, the same number of clients report that all VTB services have failed.
On the eve of Apple Music users from around the world complained about technical failures in the service. So, most of them (77%) experienced problems with listening to music, 14% could not get into their own account, another 7% complained about the inability to view the site.
On the same day, users reported malfunctions in the Instagram social network. 58% reported problems loading the news feed, 25% experienced difficulties logging in, 16% – with the web version. Crashes were reported from the United States, Brazil, and European countries such as Britain, Germany, Italy, Russia, and Poland.
