The woman was helped by her daughter. They ran the described scheme from 2013 to 2019. The woman looked for lonely old people, married them, and her daughters persuaded them to issue gifts, wills or powers of attorney for the sale of their property. Thus, land plots, residential buildings and apartments in Armavir, Krasnodar and Sochi fell into the hands of fraudsters. All property was sold. Also, a realtor from the neighboring city of Novokubansk was involved in the criminal scheme.
The total amount of damage was more than 21.7 million rubles. The women deceived 12 men, 11 of whom died. The accused face up to ten years in prison
