In total, law enforcement officers revealed more than 450 traffic violations per day
The results of Saturday raids carried out in the Belgorod region by the State Traffic Inspectorate employees showed more than 450 violations of traffic rules by drivers. 18 people were suspended from driving. All of them got behind the wheel while intoxicated. One of these 18 would-be drivers faces criminal liability. The man had previously been prosecuted for “drunken” driving. This was reported by the press service of the Belgorod Ministry of Internal Affairs.
However, not only drivers but also pedestrians were punished. On the latter, 74 administrative materials were drawn up for crossing the carriageway in an unidentified place. On Saturday, 51 protocols were drawn up for motorists who did not let pedestrians pass.
