The mobile operator “Beeline” denied the information that the operator of the cellular network had failures. On January 23, Izvestia was informed about it in the press service of the company.

“Information about a large-scale failure on the mobile network in Russia does not correspond to reality. In some regions, we observe an increased load on the network, which may affect the speed of access to some resources, ”the company said.

Rostelecom also said that the operator’s network is in normal mode.

Earlier on the same day, on the website of the Downdetector service, which monitors the work of popular Internet resources, information appeared that there were problems in the work of Beeline and Rostelecom in Russia.

It was noted that the residents of Moscow, St. Petersburg, Tyumen, Chelyabinsk, Yekaterinburg, Voronezh, Krasnodar, Rostov and Saratov experienced difficulties with communication.

At the same time, users of MTS, MegaFon and Tele2 also report failures in the work of operators. This is evidenced by data from Downdetector. Mainly residents of Moscow, St. Petersburg, Voronezh, Yekaterinburg and Kazan report problems. Most often, complaints are received about the work of the mobile Internet and cellular communications.

In addition, on January 23, users of the social network Facebook reported a failure in the service. More than half of users (83%) complained about problems with authorization, 9% reported a complete shutdown of the social network, and 6% experienced difficulty viewing the news feed.
