The administration of the municipal formation “City of Astrakhan” plans to hold seven auctions for the right to provide loans. The total amount of loans should be 310 million rubles.
According to Interfax-Marker, six auctions involve the selection of financial institutions to provide loans in the amount of 50 million rubles. During another auction, a financial institution will be determined to provide a loan in the amount of 10 million rubles. Contract prices should not exceed RUB 10.515 million and RUB 2.103 million (rate – 7.01%), respectively.
The Astrakhan administration plans to repay the loans within three years. It is specified that loans are taken to finance the city’s budget, as well as to close debt obligations.
