Another 5,576 people recovered from coronavirus in Moscow

In Moscow, over the past day, another 5576 people have been cured of the coronavirus, reported on Sunday, November 29, at the operational headquarters.

The total number of people recovered from infection in the capital increased to 447,111.

According to the stopkoronavirus.rf portal on Sunday morning, 592,415 cases of COVID-19 have been detected in Moscow since the beginning of the spread of the infection, 8,756 people have died.

On November 27, it became known that ambulance services in Moscow will deliver free medicines to patients with coronavirus and will more often send patients for computed tomography (CT).

In addition, the city’s health department announced that 12 more round-the-clock CT centers will start operating in the capital. They will conduct examinations of patients with suspected COVID-19 or with an already confirmed diagnosis.

Ambulance services will be able to use the capabilities of such centers for an earlier and more accurate diagnosis of the disease, as well as prescribe timely therapy, the department stressed.

According to the data on November 28, 2,242,633 cases of coronavirus were registered in Russia in 85 regions, 39,068 deaths were recorded, 1,739,470 people recovered.
