Analysts of the Rabota.ru service found out in which areas the highest demand for employees was recorded for the year, reports Wednesday, April 28, RT.
From March 2020 to February 2021, the most active recruiting was carried out in the sectors of transport and logistics (23%), manufacturing and agriculture (13%), trade (12%), office services and business services (9%), construction and real estate (9%), as well as in the service sector (8%).
It is noted that the greatest demand for vacancies was recorded in transport and logistics (12%), in the service sector (11%), as well as in trade (10%).
The office and business services industry generated the largest number of new resumes over the same period (17%). In these areas, people were mainly looking for work as a driver, security guard, operator, administrator and courier.
The smallest was the demand for employees in IT and finance (3%). Hiring of workers slowed down in the beauty and health, education and culture, and marketing sectors (2% each).
Russian President Vladimir Putin, during the announcement of his message to the Federal Assembly on April 21, called for the restoration of the labor market in the country as soon as possible.
“The government has been tasked with restoring the labor market by the end of this year. But we must try to solve it earlier, so that people can get a stable income faster, ”Putin said.
