The new online project “Guide to Opening – Franchise” will help aspiring entrepreneurs open their own franchise business in Moscow. This was announced on Thursday, April 29, by the deputy mayor of the capital, Natalya Sergunina.
The project was launched by Small Business of Moscow (MBM) together with Sber and the A101 group of companies.
“A franchise is a popular format for Moscow entrepreneurs to work with a ready-made business model. The new project will help you sort out common questions and make the process of starting your own business even easier. One resource contains all the necessary services and useful information, ”said Sergunina.
According to her, the project program includes five blocks. For example, a future entrepreneur will have the opportunity to choose a franchise that suits him, find premises for implementation, and also take educational courses. Novice franchisees will get acquainted with the stages of business registration in Moscow, the specifics of opening and developing a franchise in selected areas and other important aspects.
In addition, participants will be told how to get a subsidy for a franchisee from the Moscow government. It allows you to compensate up to 1 million rubles for the purchase of equipment on credit, leasing or at your own expense, as well as for the payment of interest on development loans, utility bills and contributions to the franchisor under one franchise agreement.
In 2018, the Moscow Mayor’s program “My District” was launched in the capital, aimed at the integrated development of each district of the city. As part of the program, modern public spaces are being created in the capital, a new standard for cultural, social and medical institutions is being introduced, and transport, sports and leisure infrastructure are being improved.
